This is a project for UX Research course in 3 weeks.
WHY WE CHOOSE
THIS PROJECT?
+ We want to help the bride & groom reduce their stress and wasted time on searching and choosing the most suitable service providers for their wedding.
+ Being a place for everyone sharing their experiences of wedding services which they've used on their wedding to help other people make the right decision.
+ Help the service providers have a nice platform to promote their services and connect with the customers easier.
METHODOLOGIES
& PROCESS
We choose the Design Thinking process and apply it through this project. Because we want to understand the user, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems in an attempt to identify alternative strategies and solutions that might not be instantly apparent with our initial level of understanding.
STAGE 1: EMPATHY
At stage 1, we interview some user and create their Personas and Empathy Map to understand clearly who the user of this app are and find opportunity.
Personas 1 : Bride-to-be
Personas 2 : Service Provider (Vendor)
STAGE 2 : DEFINE
Base on the empathy map and interview, we define where the pain points, analysis and find the opportunities to solve those problems.
STAGE 3 : IDEATE
At this step, we will decide the screen map and create the user-flow of this app
STAGE 4: PROTOTYPE
We created some low-fi wireframes of the main screens of the application.
STRONGEST POINTS OF SOLUTIONS

Get a customizable wedding checklist like a monthly calendar based on wedding dates and preferences. Also recommend many service providers at the same time base on user’s interest and location, help save user's time and effort on planning & booking.

Being the best place for everyone to share their wedding experiences to help others bride and groom to make their best decision.

Building a platform that helps service providers can update their service, increase sales and get the customer's feedbacks effectively.
